BREANNA JONES
COMMITTEE MEMBER

Breanna Jones has been making noise in bands and annoying neighbours since 2010 and has over a decade of experience supporting others to do the same. Breanna has been Station Manager at fbi.radio, a creative advisor for Accessible Arts’ Songsmiths program, mentored at Girls Rock! Australia camps and sat on judging panels for the Music Victoria Awards, and Accessible Arts’ Bundanon Artist in Residence program. She currently works at APRA AMCOS as a coordinator for SongMakers, a collaborative songwriting program for young people.

LIA MICE
COMMITEE MEMBER

Lia is a multidisciplinary artist who lives with disability. Her works ranges from live A/V performance, composition, instrument design, installations and interactive sculpture to academic papers. In her practice, Mice uses new technologies to explore relationships between the musical instrument and embodied performance.

PHILLIPA PERROTT
TREASURER

Phillipa is a member of The Haymakers and an accomplished violinist. As a violinist she is a member of the Preston Symphony Orchestra and former member of the Queensland Youth Symphony. In the music scene she has played with a range of acts, including Harley Young & The Haymakers, The Painted Ladies, The Black Arm Band and Mike Noga.

TY NOBLE
ACTING VICE-PRESIDENT

Ty is a Melbourne-based musician who plays in Cranes Against Clouds; a three piece female-led rock band from Melbourne, inspired by love, loss, and pets. Ty has played countless shows with Cranes Against Clouds since their 2013 inception, supporting notable acts including Catholic Guilt, Frank Bell and many others.

MIEL BALESTRAT

Celiac is a Melbourne-based disabled experimental and spoken-word artist. Celiac has been writing and recording albums for over 10 years now, with 10 releases to date. Her live shows are recreated, using effects and pedals throughout the performance to give a unique and original live experience.

HARLEY YOUNG
SECRETARY AND PRESIDENT

Harley leads on strategy for Off The List Records and brings authenticity and vision. As a policy adviser, he has developed and delivered a range of creative industries initiatives within Victoria. As a board member, Harley brings personal, lived experience of disability to his work. As a musician, he has toured nationally and internationally with Harley Young & The Haymakers and now plays in Melbourne band Neighbourly.
